  Why It’s Interesting: Kosta has gone on a behemoth media tour to promote the book. Does “behemoth” even do it justice? He’s been interviewed on Morning Joe, The Today Show, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Joe Rogan Experience and Served with Andy Roddick. We’re featuring this excellent book review, so you can make an informed consumer decision about the memoir itself.

• ATP Serve Speed Has Skyrocketed (Thread)

• The ITF & Gerard Pique’s Company Avoid Trial In Davis Cup Dispute

  TLDR: Pique’s company, Kosmos, had signed a deal with the ITF to operate the Davis Cup for the next 25 years. The partnership was terminated by the ITF in 2023 when Kosmos sought to re-negotiate. Kosmos then filed a lawsuit accusing the ITF of an ‘unjustified termination’ of the contract and claiming damages.
